Thomas Cook launches second phase of lates campaign

Thomas Cook has launched the next phase of its ‘We Love…’ lates campaign, to coincide with the school holidays.

The multichannel ‘We Love…Fun in the Sun’ campaign highlights the value and added benefits of booking a late break with the operator, including 5kg free extra luggage allowance and free travel money insurance on selected bookings.

The launch of the campaign coincides with a survey by Morgan Stanley, in which 27% of respondents named Thomas Cook their preferred tour operator.

The survey, among 1,000 people, also revealed 55% booked late this year, with 62% saying they did so because they thought it gave ‘great value for money’.

Thomas Cook UK and Ireland product and yield director Uli Sperl said: "We are confident that our range of holidays offers the very best value in the lates market, whatever, whenever and wherever our customers choose to travel."
