Thomas Cook to buy out Lufthansa’s Condor stake

Thomas Cook Group is to acquire Lufthansa’s 24.9% stake in its German airline Condor.
The buy-out for is €77.19 million will come through the exercise of options granted in 2007, a statement said.
The price agreed under the options at that time will be payable in cash at completion.
