Three new hotels planned for fastest-growing city in Nebraska
Hammons Hotels & Resorts announced plans to build three hotels with up to 80,000 square feet of convention space in La Vista, Neb.
The three hotels will be connected to the new convention center.
“The rapid commercial, industrial and residential development of La Vista and its convenient location just across the freeway makes the community a natural fit for my hotel development strategy,” said John Q. Hammons, founder, chairman and CEO.
“As the fastest-growing city in the state of Nebraska, La Vista has a tremendous need for full-service, upscale lodging,” added Harold Anderson, the city’s mayor.
The hotels will include an Embassy Suites and a Residence Inn by Marriott.
