TMS breakfast seminar to shed light
Staff retention, now a critical factor for a travel and hospitality industry facing its worst staffing crisis in years, will form the main thrust of a TMS Asia-Pacific breakfast seminar scheduled in Sydney on 22 November 2007.
Key presenter on the day is senior Human Capital consultant Anthony Sork*.
His presentation will explore elements of the ‘Employee Attachment Phenomenon’, a factor Mr Sork said employees experience in the first 120 days of their start with a company or organisation.
The presentation will discuss the various elements or ‘drivers’ comprising the ‘Employee Attachment’ process and ways to successfully implement the concept.
Seminar participants will also have the opportunity to workshop five of these elements.
