Trafalgar introduces keystroke-fast check-in
Trafalgar introduced its new “hassle-free” online “Express Check-in.” How long does it take?
About ten minutes, including consumers a more personalized on-tour experience.
Major advantages:
- Guests can sit back and relax on their first day with peace of mind knowing they provided all important information and will not be asked to fill out
additional forms. - The Tour Director can prepare ahead of time for the client’s needs and interests.
- The information obtained allows Trafalgar to give a better and more customized service to the client while on tour.
“This unique facility will allow clients to avoid having to fill in multiple forms on the first day of their tour, thereby allowing them the opportunity to enjoy their trip from the very moment they arrive,” said John Severni, president of Trafalgar.
Under the program, participants must do little more than enter their details on the website 15 days before the tour is scheduled to depart. Among the items to be considered are food preferences, emergency contact phone numbers and other practical matters.
The touring company Trafalgar was established in 1947 and has 60 years of experience providing worldwide vacations to the US Europe, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America and Asia.
