The ideal candidate requirements are: ** Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment and/or extensive training experience required. ** Effective Presentation skills. ** Proven track record as an effective communicator (verbal, business & document writing skills). ** Strong PC skills with advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. ** Previous e-learning/online training experience – advantageous. ** Previous leadership skills – preferred. ** Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. ** A highly motivated self-starter with well developed inter-personal skills. ** A proven ‘proactive’ & ‘can do’ attitude. ** An enthusiastic and confident approach. ** An aptitude to ‘make a difference’. ** Ability to work unsupervised. ** Ability & willingness to take ownership of tasks. ** High aspiration & commitment to the quality & integrity of training. ** Valuable Team player. Due to the nature of the role, frequent travel is required to accommodate Training, Seminars and Workshops, as is working outside normal business hours.
