Travel 2 adds more luxury product in Australia and New Zealand

Travel 2 has added more accommodation and more luxury experiences to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific brochure for 2017/18.

In total it has added 53 new hotels and 37 new tours to its programme based on demand.

New luxury products include the’Outback Floatplane Adventure’ in Darwin, a private island retreat and a two-day gourmet food and wine tour in South Australia.

In New Zealand, new sightseeing opportunities include walking tours over dormant volcanic craters and guided sunset walks.

It is reporting a 25% year on year revenue increase to Australia and over 40% year on year growth in revenue to New Zealand’s North Island.

The operator has also enjoyed an 8.8% increase in sales to Fiji, so has added the new Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay and LikuLiku Lagoon Resort, the only hotels on the island with luxury overwater bures (traditional Fijian wood-and-straw huts).~

To launch its brochure, the trade-only specialist is offering agents the chance to win one of two GoPro Hero4 cameras.~

Agents need to make a qualifying booking to a destination from the new Australia and New Zealand brochure which includes return flights and a minimum of five night’s ground arrangements. Bookings must be made between 6 November and 3 December 2017.
