Travel Counsellors launches interactive itineraries
Travel Counsellors has officially rolled out its interactive itinerary building tool, offering customers a more immersive way to make travel plans.
Developed in-house over the past 12 months and fully integrated into the myTC platform, the new feature creates visually enticing multimedia itineraries personalised for each client.
Following a successful pilot involving over 80 Travel Counsellors, the technology rolled out across the wider global community of over 2,000 Travel Counsellors.
The interactive itineraries include rich destination content based on Phenix package sales, using storytelling, imagery, and practical travel tips to inspire.
Jon Bauer, Chief Technology Officer at Travel Counsellors, said: “We’re excited to introduce our interactive itineraries feature, representing another step forward in how we use technology to enhance the personal touch”.
“We’re not only improving customer engagement but also giving our business owners back valuable time, enabling them to focus on what they do best.”
Vanessa de Vere, Travel Counsellor, said: “It was great to be among the first to try out the new interactive itinerary feature. I’ve already used it to send my first quotes, and the response from clients has been amazing.”
