Travel Counsellors on recruitment drive after sales growth
Travel Counsellors is planning a discovery day at its Bolton head office on June 6 to entice more agents to join.
The homeworking group claims it has seen a 15% sales growth for the first five months of this year, compared to the same period last year.
Average commission, meanwhile, has increased 10% over the same time frame.
Head of recruitment Simon Burke said: "Our Travel Counsellors are doing exceptionally well this year and as a result we want to give more travel professionals the opportunity to join us."
The informal day will include a Q&A session with the company’s directors, a live viewing of its in-house TV webcast and presentations from head office departments including wedding and honeymoon.
The company will also be inviting Travel Counsellors to the event to give potential recruits the opportunity to chat one on one.
The discovery day will run from 2pm – 8pm. Those interested in attending the discovery evening can contact the Travel Counsellors recruitment team on 0800 987 0296 or email [email protected].
