Travel Indochina’s $500 promise to agents
SYDNEY – Travel Indochina has released the 2010 pricing for its Small Group Journey program.
Managing director Paul Hole said the pricing initiatives underpinning the 2010 program were exceptional and offered
value “at a level that has not been seen for up to 10 years”.
“Importantly, because we have never operated on the basis of ‘hidden extras’, we have been able to achieve these price reductions while ensuring we are compliant with the latest in consumer pricing regulations.”
Hole added, “We believe so strongly in our ‘don’t cut corners’ philosophy that we are happy to guarantee the satisfaction of clients when they travel with us by literally putting our money where our mouth is.
“If a travel agent’s client returns home from one of our Small Group Journeys with a legitimate complaint about a Travel Indochina service failure, we not only commit to rectifying the client’s concerns in a timely fashion, but we will also commit to giving the agent A$500 as a gesture of goodwill.
“That’s how confident we are in the quality of our Small Group Journeys.
“And as an added incentive, for all new deposited 2010 bookings made between October 1 and November 30, 2009, we are offering agents 15 percent commission.”
