1.When do you get started in the Travel industry?
I first started in the industry in the mid 80’s
2. What was your first job?
My first job was in the mail room of World Travel headquarters

Gold Coast
4. Favourite holiday destination?
Asia as a whole for its diversity of culture and food; and Bali as a destination
5. What would you be doing do if you hadn’t got started in travel?
I started working weekends with a Naval Architect – so some where in the marine world!

Most
7. What book did you last read?
The Da Vinci Code
8. Aisle or window seat?
Aisle
9. Favourite pastime outside of work?
Spending time with my two daughters at the beach

11. Best moment of your career to date?
There have been so many. This industry really is very vibrant and energetic – I would have the highlight of my career thus far was when Creative was awarded the 2005 Best Wholesaler – International award.
12. Biggest problem facing the industry?
The transition between retail commissions and a net trading environment. Our industry has continually undermined itself through price discounting, but in a net environment you can’t discount on a net model.
