Travel Secrets to interface with Galileo
Travel Secrets, an online wholesaler of travel products in the US, is to be interfaced with Galileo.
According to Charles Kao, managing director of Travelware Information Systems – the company that co-founded the 8-year-old Travel Secrets with German-based Travel Information Services Systems (TISS) – the hotel programmes on the Travel Secrets system will be linked to Galileo such that once an agent books from the Travel Secrets inventory, the relevant booking information will be folded into the Galileo PNR.
Mr Kao told TravelMole that the technical interface, which is expected to go live in three months, is being done by Integra Systems Ltd, the UK-based technology company. The program is being managed and coordinated by OmniTourism.
