TravelMole 2008 Web Awards winners unveiled
The winners of the 2008 TravelMole Web Awards have been announced at a ceremony in London.
The awards included categories such as mash up, development of mobile technology and use of video to reflect the growing influence of Web 2.0 technology on the travel industry.
The winners were draw from a shortlist of four in each of 14 categories and the awards were handed out at a ceremony at the Canadian High Commission in London.
A record 1,200 nomnations were received for this year’s awards.
