Travelocity improves flight search
Travelocity has launched a new booking engine for air fare searches.
The search engine uses Travelocity’s new P3 technology, which gives customers up to 30 options when they search for a flight, instead of up to nine.
P3 also allows users to refine their search by stating preferences for airports, departure time, airline and fare price for every leg of a trip. These options are all presented in a new interface on the fare shopping page, which Travelocity claims is easier to use.
The technology was developed by Travelocity and its parent company Sabre.
