Traveloka rolls out Xperience platform in Thailand
Indonesia’s biggest OTA Traveloka has launched new service Traveloka Xperience in Thailand.
Featured in the Traveloka app, the Xperience tab offers 11 different types of tours, attractions, entertainment and other experiences, including sports, food and drink, workshops, spa days and more.
Thailand is the launch market for the service, and is Traveloka’s second largest after its home base of Indonesia.
Traveloka currently lists about 15,000 experiences for its customer base across Southeast Asia and Australia.
It has partnered with major brands including Disneyland and Universal Studios.
"We’ve provided solutions for reducing offline operations, such as the process of buying theme park tickets on online platforms, while connecting tourists with trustworthy operators to create more credibility in the tourism industry," said Sylvia Gunawan, Traveloka Xperience’s VP for revenue and growth.
Traveloka says it has about 35 million active users.
