Travelsavers International appoints UK Development Manager
Travelsavers International has expanded its management team with the appointment of Garry Winterburn as the Group’s UK Development Manager.
Mr Winterburn has over 20 years experience in retail travel, airport management and tour operating, including previous jobs at Airtours, Hayes and Jarvis and Manchester Airport.
Commenting on the appointment, Ken McLeod, Managing Director of Travelsavers International said: “We are pleased that Garry has joined the company; his high profile and experience in the travel industry, combined with his commercial ability will enable Travelsavers to achieve their objectives for growth and profit in the UK.”
Travelsavers said Mr Winterburn’s principal responsibilities will include the development of all Travelsavers members by identifying new key areas for recruitment and the development of existing business. In addition, Winterburn will work with a number of key suppliers to generate improved revenue.
