Trek America adds new trips
TrekAmerica has expanded its offerings with a year-round program covering the US, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and 11 countries in Central and South America.
The company is known for its smaller group requirement. The groups travel in private vehicles that give participants the chance to alter tours to meet their particular interests, according to Molly McCrackin, North American sales manager.
“We never have more than 14 people on our standard tours and up to 20 on our Remote 4WD Explorer trips,” said Ms McCrackin.
“Footloose” programs in North America include walking and mountain biking tours, as well as family tours.
The average age range of participants is 20 to 50 years old.
Travel agent discounts are available.
