TUI beats 2025 guidance
TUI surpassed its guidance for FY 2025, thanks to strong Hotels & Resorts and Cruise revenues.
It says preliminary Group revenue is up 4.4% year-on-year at constant exchange rates.
TUI achieved a preliminary underlying EBIT of €1,459 million for the financial year 2025.
This represents an increase of 12.6% and exceeds the guidance raised in August 2025.
At actual rates, preliminary revenue amounts to €24,179 million.
“We have exceeded our guidance. This success is primarily driven by our integrated business model and record results in the Hotels & Resorts and Cruises segments. In a European market environment that remains challenging, we continue to grow with our own differentiated products,” said TUI Group CEO Sebastian Ebel.
The Group will present its final annual figures and a new shareholder return strategy on 10 December 2025.
