TUI retail director takes airline role
TUI director of retail Jill Carter is leaving the position after just one year in the job.
She is staying within the TUI group but will be taking on the role of director of customer delivery for Thomson Airways.
Carter, who joined TUI UK and Ireland in 1991 as regional sales manager, took the retail director role last February, replacing Kathryn Ward who left to join Thomas Cook and the Co-operative retail network in the same role.
TUI said it would be announcing a new director of sales ‘in due course’.
