Turkey and North Cyprus operator joins AITO
Turkey and North Cyprus specialist Anatolian Sky Holidays has joined the Association of Independent Tour Operators.
The Solihull-based specialist claims to be the first member to offer comprehensive programmes to both destinations. AITO now has more than 150 members.
Managing director Akin Koc said: “We very much look forward to working with other AITO members to help give the organisation a strong and unified voice in promoting the advantages of specialist tour operators.”
AITO chairman Richard Hearn said: “We warmly welcome Anatolian Sky into the AITO fold; the company adds still further to the diverse range of holidays available through AITO operators.”
Anatolian Sky, which celebrates its 17th anniversary this year, is gearing up to work closely with AITO’s network of specialised travel agents.
Koc said: “There is no doubt that these agents are best placed to encourage their more discerning clients to book with specialist operators, and take advantage of the in-depth knowledge they have of their destinations.”
