Turquoise Holiday sets 2026 growth target
Luxury tour operator The Turquoise Holiday Company has unveiled a strong growth trajectory for 2026, following positive growth last year.
After growing nearly 7% in 2025, it is forecasting a further 15% increase in 2026.
This represents projected revenue growth of 50% across a three-year period.
It says repeat business remains high, with the fastest growing market being multigenerational groups.
Last year the company completed a full refit of the London shop, driving increased walk-in enquiries and won Condé Nast Traveller’s number one tour operator award for the eighth time in ten years.
At a recent trade event, Turquoise highlighted the impact of 2025’s focused marketing and sales strategy.
It focused attention on its highest-volume destination, the Maldives which it says delivered a 40% increase in bookings over a four-month period.
The campaign generated more than 1,000 passengers with an average selling price exceeding £15,000, creating over £5 million in turnover.
Turquoise now plans to replicate similar initiatives across Thailand, Mauritius, the Seychelles, the South Pacific and the Middle East in the coming years.
For this year, upcoming initiatives include a new website launch, a 30% increase in marketing investment, and greater use of video consultations.
It is also mulling expansion into new source markets across Europe, Canada and the US.
