Uganda Airlines adds three new African routes
Uganda Airlines is launching three new African routes in September.
It will fly to Abuja, Harare and Lusaka starting on September 12, 2024.
Abuja flights operate every Sunday and Thursday on flagship A330-800 aircraft.
This service is an extension of regular flights to Lagos, which operate every Sunday, Monday, and Thursday.
Flights to Lusaka and Harare will launch on September 25, 2024, and will operate four times a week on CRJ-900 aircraft.
“We are delighted to announce these Africa flight additions to our network, which increase Uganda’s connectivity to the rest of Africa,” said Uganda Airlines CEO. Jenifer Bamuturaki.
“The new services also mark the second phase of our network development.”
The new services expand coverage to 16 destinations.
The triple launch is a milestone for intra-African travel.
The trio of new Africa flights are open for bookings.
