UK Cruise Convention registration opens
Registration has opened for the 2008 UK Cruise Convention in Southampton next May.
Run by the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE), the event will take place on May 19-21.
Early booking delegate rates start at £50 for ACE members and non-member agent rates start at £75.
The convention will be a platform for agents to learn more about cruise brands, destinations and trade partners.
Cunard Line’s Queen Victoria and Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas, two of the world’s newest ships, will be present at the convention. Joining them will be P&O Cruises’ Arcadia and Aurora, plus Cunard’s QE2, which will be in its last cruise season before relocating to Dubai.
Agents will have the opportunity to get hands on with training sessions and break-out workshops.
There will also be the chance to hear from cruise industry speakers during the conference section of the event.
Headline sponsors for the convention have been announced as AA Appointments, Canarias, TLCS Global Visa Services and Traveltek.
Further details of workshops and keynote speakers will be announced shortly.
