UnCruise Adventures guests require vaccinations
UnCruise Adventures will mandate vaccinations for all guests on its sailings in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
Operating fully-vaccinated cruises is the right step, the line says.
All ship crew will be vaccinated.
"Our decision to move to fully-vaccinated cruises will help our guests and crew experience Alaska in the safest way possible," said Dan Blanchard, CEO of UnCruise Adventures.
"I would be neglectful in my duties, as the owner of UnCruise Adventures, to not require vaccinations onboard our vessels."
The company expects to be one of only a few small ship operators sailing in Alaska this year.
The line is offering 7, 12 and 14-night itineraries around Alaska from May to September.
It will also sail seven-night voyages in the Pacific Northwest from May-October.
"Vaccinations, combined with testing, take us to an entirely new level of safety compared to testing alone," Blanchard added.
