United adds dozens of routes ahead of summer season
United Airlines is ramping up its schedules with dozens of new flights before the summer. It is launching multiple routes out of the Midwest to popular vacation spots in the east and southeast including Hilton Head and Pensacola.
There will be 26 mostly point to point new routes ahead of the summer vacation season. United is also resuming most of its schedule to Latin America from May and will restart service from Chicago to Tokyo and Amsterdam.
In the past few weeks United has seen ‘the strongest flight bookings since the start of the pandemic.’
