User-friendly cruise training
Radisson Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) launched an e-training program targeted particularly at home-based agents.
The user-friendly program at www.rsscu.com includes details about the luxury line and its competitive benefits, according to company officials.
Agents pay a $25 fee to register; they study the program at their own speed.
Topics include sales techniques for selling luxury travel.
After successfully passing an exam, agents earn CEU credits from the Travel Institute. Agents also receive a $100 bonus certificate they can use on their next booking, a sales booklet, and a certificate of achievement.
