Vietjet restarting some international flights
Budget carrier Vietjet plans to resume some international flights this week. It will restart Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok flights as well as Hanoi services to Tokyo and Taipei, and to Seoul later this month.
International scheduled services have been grounded for months and travel for tourism purposes is still banned. Al inbound arrivals are still subject to mandatory 14-day quarantine at ther own expense. The government also recently permitted flag carrier Vietnam Airlines to resume international services.
