Visit Portugal is hosting training on wine tourism on Tuesday 29 March 2022 for tour operators and travel agents.

This event aims to showcase the diverse wine tourism offerings in Portugal and help travel agents and tour operators learn more about Portugal’s strong wine tradition with ideas to develop new itineraries.

This includes off the beaten track destinations and experiences.

The event will take place at St Mary’s Church in central London and will start with a breakfast and training session from 8.45 am – 10.30 am.

Participants are then invited to join the Wines of Portugal Annual Tasting where they can learn more about Portugal through its wines.

Participants will be joined by 70 Portuguese producers from 10 different wine regions.

Attendees will also have the chance of winning a special prize trip to Portugal offered by the event’s official partner, TAP Air Portugal.

To confirm attendance, tour operators and travel agents must register via email to [email protected].

There are only 25 places available and registration will close on Friday 7 March 2022.
