VisitBritain hires new comms man

VisitBritain has hired Paul Eastham as its head of global corporate communications.
Eastham joins the national tourism agency with a strong media CV. He was deputy political of the Daily Mail, head of media and PR at The Children’s Society and Ofsted’s head of news.
Director of strategy and communications Patricia Yates said: “I am delighted to have such an experienced professional leading our comms team, and am sure Paul will ensure that tourism issues and the potential for growth are seen as central to Britain’s economic prosperity.”
