WA Shearings acquires Bath hotel
WA Shearings has acquired the Lansdown Grove Hotel in Bath to bring its portfolio up to 44 properties.
The value of the deal was undisclosed.
The 60-room, three star hotel is located within half a mile of the centre of Bath.
The operator’s hotels director Vince Flower said: “We are very pleased to have acquired the Lansdown Grove Hotel as it will add a fantastic prime new location onto the WA Shearings map, enabling us to offer a wide range of high quality short breaks into the area, providing our customers with an exciting new destination.”
