What is the We Love Cities campaign?
We Love Cities is a social media campaign that allows people across the world to express support for sustainable urban development by voting for and posting improvement suggestions for their favorites among the 46 participating cities.
These cities have been selected through WWF’s Earth Hour City Challenge, which aims:
- To inspire and raise awareness for the sustainability progress being made in cities.
- To give the general public an opportunity to celebrate, vote and upgrade their city by submitting improvement suggestions to decision makers.
- To reward communities and strengthen the bond between the public and decision makers.
