“The 2008 Travelers’ Choice winners are singled out for their great service and extraordinary value,” said Trip Advisor’s Michelle Perry, director of communications. The site’s 30 million travelers selected the hotel as best in the US.
The hotel with a private, gated entrance has 576 suites in three towers.
Award-winning amenities include all-valet parking, balconies in most suites, 24-hour concierge service, limousines service, in-suite massages, pull-out sleepers in all suites, flat-screen televisions, oversized marble/granite bathrooms, a 30,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility with more than 30 treatment rooms, five swimming pools and a full service wedding chapel.
“A gated entrance, luxuriously appointed suites with balconies and attentive staff provide superior comfort, privacy and intimacy,” said TripAdvisor.
There’s also a lion habitat with up to six animals. Visitors can enter a glass tunnel to be encircled by the animals.
Rates start at $200 but two-bedroom suites start at $510.
