Widespread strikes affect tourist access to Petra

Visitor access to the main Petra site is currently limited due to widespread strike action in Petra and Wadi Musa.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office warned that access to Jordan’s UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site is restricted.
It warned tourists to contact local media and travel companies for more information.
