Windstar launches wave season perks

Monday, 06 Jan, 2021 0

As part of its wave season push for bookings, Windstar Cruises is slashing its deposit from 15 to just 5%.

It is part of its Sail Small, Live Large with Big Perks program, which offers a choice of other benefits on bookings made through February 2021.

Customers booking a cruise will pay the reduced deposit and can choose one of four other perks.

This includes free Wi-Fi, a premium beverage package, one night’s accommodation pre- or post-cruise on Europe sailings, or up to $1,000 shipboard credit per stateroom.

Perks vary based on the length of the cruise and the room category.

Windstar’s Covid booking policy allows for cancellation up to 48 hours before departure on all 2021 sailings.

"We are expecting a tidal wave of bookings in the months ahead. The Caribbean is easy to access for many and will be very popular, especially aboard the newly transformed Star Breeze," said Windstar President Chris Prelog.

Windstar said it is also extending the ‘Sell 3, Sail Free’ group offer.

"As vaccines start to roll out around the world, we are all seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and that’s spurring people to plan much farther ahead," Prelog added.
