Wizz Air offers 100,000 free flights for Ukrainians
Wizz Air will provide an additional 100,000 free tickets for Ukrainian citizens
They can be used on all continental European and UK flights operated by Wizz Air Hungary and Wizz Air UK.
The free tickets will be available for travel between 15 September and 8 December 2022 to assist Ukrainians to reach their desired destinations.
Free tickets are available across 800 routes.
Ukrainian citizens needing to book a flight under this free ticket scheme can do so at https://wizzair.com/#/rescue.
Jozsef Váradi, Chief Executive Officer of Wizz Air, said: “Wizz Air is Ukraine’s home town airline and we are here to continue to support in any way we can during these difficult times. Our aim is to alleviate the hardships of Ukrainian citizens.”
Travellers are required to provide their Ukrainian passport number at the time of booking and they will also be asked to show their Ukrainian passport and required visa/travel documents during check-in.
