World Green Tourism gets new format

World Green Tourism is back for a second year with a new format. The conference will take place over two days in Abu Dhabi with the third day of the event dedicated to regional site visits.
Seminars and Workshops will take place alongside the conference programme enabling participants to pick and choose the sessions that most match their interests.

- Ministers of tourism will announce tourism and sustainability policies and provide feedback from the closed door ministers' session.
- The relevance of green certifications will be examined by the UN Foundation and Green Globe.
Workshops will offer practical solutions for reducing energy use and engaging local communities.
