Worldchoice agents offered expert help in tough times
Worldchoice agents are being offered the help of a business consultant to make sure they cope in the tough trading climate.
The independent business consultant will scrutinise their operating costs to see where improvements can be made.
The service is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Worldchoice is also signposting its members towards the HM Revenue & Custom’s business support unit for tax advice, particularly to discuss opportunities for delaying payment of tax, national insurance and VAT.
“Particularly at a time when agents are working hard to generate bookings, secure the best returns and keep a healthy cash flow, it is all too easy to overlook where cost savings in the business can also be secured, which is where an objective expert eye can help,” said Worldchoice chairman Colin Heal.
“The consultant we are working with has a wealth of experience in advising businesses and can take a detached look to see how immediate improvements can be made. Even looking at how savings can be made on utility bills, technology, office supplies and more effective use of working hours can make a difference.”
