World’s fastest man to feature in new TV ads

Jamaica is hoping to cash in on London 2012 by launching a UK-wide TV advertising campaign featuring "the world’s fastest man", Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt.

The ads consist of a series of short films, all including the triple gold medallist, which will launch on February 1 and will run until the end of the month on ITV, Channel 4 and 5.

As part of the campaign, the tourist board has partnered with Virgin Holidays to offer a package to the island, which will be included at the end of each ad.
