Yellowstone reopens after historic floods
Days after devastating floods closed down Yellowstone National Park, it partially reopened this week. Three of the park’s five entrances reopened.
There opening was met with long lines of visitors. Despite this, the number of people allowed in is limited as several roads have been washed away.
For now cars with license plates with even numbers are allowed on even numbered days only, and odd numbered plates on odd numbered days. Park officials are also considering an online reservation system.
