ZAGAT users rate Cunard first

Tuesday, 25 Nov, 2009 0

ZAGAT Survey users named Cunard the top overall large cruise line.

Cunard won in the categories of cabins, service, dining and facilities.

Cunard operates the Queen Mary 2 and the Queen Victoria.

The line also won for best spa services, shopping, itinerary choices and casinos.

“With increasing anticipation for the arrival of our new Queen Elizabeth in October 2010, Cunard Line is a growing force in luxury cruising,” said Peter Shanks, president. “These accolades reflect the view of our loyal valued guests and give further confidence to our travel agent partners who are introducing their clients to Cunard for the first time.”

The survey, conducted on Zagat.com, covered 22 major cruise lines as voted on by surveyors who had taken nearly 22,700 separate cruises.
