Western Australia - TravelMole

About us

Western Australia lies in the southern hemisphere, covering an area of more than 2.5 million square kilometres – that’s about the size of Western Europe and one-third of Australia’s total landmass.

Here, you can experience Australia’s sunniest capital city, whitest beach and largest expanse of outback, one of the oldest known living cultures on Earth, UNESCO World Heritage reef and rock formations, world-class surf, premium wines, and still have plenty of reasons to return.

Whale, whale, whale... Look who's back! 🐋👀 📍 #NingalooReef in #WAtheDreamState
It's official - the first whale sharks of the season have been sighted in the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park (Nyinggulu). Last season, #VisitNingaloo witnessed a record number of whale shark swims, and with more records in the making, it remains the most sustainable encounter with these gentle giants. From February to July, the waters of Ningaloo welcome these majestic creatures, with #NingalooDiscovery tours launching in Exmouth on February 28th. Follow in the tracks of Daniel Ricciardo and embark on a road trip along the Coral Coast Highway, spanning 1,200km from Perth, for an unforgettable chance to swim alongside these magnificent - and most dappled – creatures of the deep.

Don't let this opportunity swim by! Tag a friend who needs to add #NingalooReef to their bucket list this season 👇
