Qatar Airways ramps up FIFA World Cup packages
Qatar Airways has expanded its all-inclusive FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 travel packages for fans.
The additional packages include match tickets, flights and accommodation throughout the course of the tournament.
The airline first launched packages in September 2021
Fans can purchase match tickets, flights, and accommodation on a single dedicated platform.
Fans need to join the Qatar Airways Privilege Club at qatarairways.com/PrivilegeClub in advance, after which they be able to access the fan travel packages portal.
Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “We anticipate unprecedented demand throughout the tournament. The fan travel packages will guarantee passengers a remarkable bucket-list trip.”
The tournament will be held across eight stadiums.
The Al Bayt Stadium will host the opening match with a capacity of 60,000 seats, while Lusail Stadium is set to host the World Cup Final and has a capacity of 80,000 seats.
Qatar Airways currently flies to more than 150 destinations worldwide, connecting through its Doha hub, Hamad International Airport.
