Carnival Cruise Line reaches 100 million guest milestone

Monday, 17 Mar, 2023 0

Carnival Cruise Line has celebrated a milestone 100 million cruise passengers.

It is the first cruise line to embark 100 million guests since its first sailing.

It was reached with the check-in of Carnival Sunrise guests Debi and David Clifford at PortMiami.

“We’re the first cruise line to meet this incredible mark,” said CCL President, Christine Duffy.

“It is a testament to the fun, inclusive atmosphere our valued guests and team members have created together on board our ships for the past 51 years.”

“We’re continuing to grow our operations with three ships joining our fleet by the spring of next year.”

The cruise line is preparing for another ship to debut in May.

Carnival Venezia will expand Carnival’s New York offerings to year-round.

Later this year Carnival Jubilee joins the fleet and sails from Galveston, Texas.
