Our client is one of the largest DMCs, provider of MICE service solutions in the Asia Pacific region that employs 400 staff globally.
This unique role encompasses business development, key account management, operations management and P&L responsibilities within the highly challenging and rewarding MICE industry.
Responsibilities
Revenue generating through new business development and acquisition.
Leveraging on existing client relationships to increase yield and promote continued business.
Ensure the smooth delivery of service to clients by effectively running and managing the daily operations of the North Asian and IndoChina teams.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development and managing large teams across borders.
* MICE experience and knowledge a MUST!
* Either from a wholesale / tour operator (inbound & outbound) environment or hotel / operations management of a 5-star / large international business hotel.
* Strong business acumen and experience in managing P&L.
* Culturally sensitive and diverse with at least 5 – 8 years working experience in Asia, of which the last 3 years must be in China.
