American agrees ground staff airline pay deal
American Airlines agreed an airline pay deal with the Professional Airline Flight Control Association.
It covers more than 500 dispatchers and operations specialists.
They signed a three-year airline pay deal contract extension.
“This contract extension is well deserved and provides industry-leading pay and benefits,” said Jessica Tyler, VP of American’s Integrated Operations Center.
The agreement provides immediate pay increases, opportunity for improved profit sharing and a ratification bonus.
