BA investigates allegations of pilot’s cockpit sex act
British Airways has suspended one of its pilots after pictures were published by tabloid newspapers allegedly showing him performing a sex act in a cockpit.
The photographs emerged over the weekend, first printed by The Sun and since published by other major British tabloid newspapers.
They show a man wearing stockings with his feet up on the control panel and his genitals exposed.
Another shows a man exposing himself in the cabin toilets.
The newspapers claim the photos are of long-serving BA Captain Colin Glover, 51, although they say he denies the claim.
BA said the pilot has been removed from flying duties in line with its normal internal investigation procedures.
"We are taking these allegations extremely seriously and are investigating," said a statement.
