Amid widespread industry cut backs, GB Airways has announced two new routes.

The subsidiary of British Airways is launching flights to Tenerife North and Fuerteventura from Gatwick for the Winter season.

GB Airways already flies from Gatwick to Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife South. Flights to Tenerife South are being stepped up to nine services a week for the Winter.

The new routes will be served twice a week, and return fares will start from £179 including taxes.
