Brooklands Museum in Weybridge, Surrey has been named Family Attraction of the Year by the Time & Leisure Magazine – Food & Culture Awards 2025.

This accolade recognises the museum’s commitment to delivering educational, and engaging experiences to families.

The Museum’s CEO Alex Patterson said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised as Family Attraction of the Year. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, volunteers and trustees.”

Brooklands Museum offers a diverse range of interactive exhibits that bring history to life, allowing children and adults alike to immerse in motoring and aviation.

It features hands-on experiences and opportunities to climb aboard historic vehicles and aircraft including Concorde.

In addition to its permanent collections, Brooklands Museum hosts special family events throughout the year, including themed activity days, workshops, and live demonstrations.

These events, including the new STEM live musical comedy show, Forces at Play, running daily this summer, are designed to appeal to all age groups.

The Museum’s educational programming is tailored to different age ranges and learning styles, making history accessible for all.

The Museum says it remains committed to building on the success, developing new programmes and experiences.
