Business expert lined up to help Advantage agents beat recession
Business financial health expert Shai Vyakernam will be helping
Advantage members beat the economic meltdown at this year’s conference.
In a business workshop entitled ‘Surviving the Credit Crunch’, Vyakernam will address how to calculate breakeven points in a company, assess the profitability of customers and products, consider the implications of discounting and how to increase prices to customers, plus how to transfer this knowledge to staff and positively influence behaviour.
Vyakernam, of Cambridge-based Transitions, has a proven track record of helping over 130 businesses improve their financial health.
The Advantage Conference takes place on September 18-20 at the Radisson Edwardian London Heathrow.
