Carnival starts new travel agent training program
Carnival Cruise Lines launched a new, on-line travel agent training program offering sales and marketing techniques.
The program, available within Carnival’s travel agent portal, provides a book divided into seven chapters, with each focusing on a different component of the cruise line.
Chapter topics range from exploring shore excursions to tips for developing group business.
Said Carnival CEO Bob Dickinson:
“Carnival is always seeking new ways to help travel agents grow their business. Our new Carnival University Online provides travel agents with valuable information to develop new business and close sales — all of it in a convenient, on-line format available 24 hours a day.”
